By using the DAKSHIS website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We've kept this as simple and readable as possible — no heavy legal language.

1. Using Our Website

  • ✔This website is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • ✔You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • ✔You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to hack it, or use it for fraudulent purposes.
  • ✔All content on this website (images, text, logos) belongs to DAKSHIS and cannot be copied without permission.

2. Product Information

  • ✔All our malas and bracelets are made from genuine Karungali (Ebony) wood, verified before dispatch.
  • ✔Product images are representative. Slight variations in wood grain, color, and bead size are natural and expected — this is what makes each piece unique.
  • ✔We do not make any medical or spiritual claims. Products are sold as traditional items for personal use.

3. Pricing

  • ✔All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • ✔The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges.
  • ✔COD orders include an additional handling charge of ₹101, shown clearly before you confirm.
  • ✔Prices may change without prior notice, but your confirmed order price will not change.

4. Order Acceptance

  • ✔Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it becomes confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • ✔We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
  • ✔By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

5. Payments

  • ✔We accept prepaid payments via UPI, GPay, PhonePe, cards, and net banking — all processed securely through Razorpay.
  • ✔Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pincodes.
  • ✔We do not store any payment information on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ✔DAKSHIS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • ✔Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • ✔These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
