Shipping Policy

At Dakshis, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. Each Karungali product is handcrafted and inspected before it leaves our facility. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are unsure whether your pin code is serviceable, please contact us on WhatsApp or email before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During peak seasons (festivals, sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays proactively via WhatsApp or email.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain value โ this will be clearly communicated on the website or at checkout.
For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, additional shipping charges may apply. You will be informed before your order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
6. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address
You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address at the time of placing your order. This includes:
- Full name of the recipient
- Complete flat/house number, building name, street, and locality
- City, state, and correct PIN code
- A reachable phone number for delivery coordination
Dakshis is not responsible for non-delivery, return-to-origin (RTO), or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
7. Packaging
Every Dakshis product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use protective packaging to safeguard the product during transit. If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photographs.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Dakshis is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
9. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and work towards a resolution, which may include re-shipment or a refund depending on the circumstances.
