Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
- ✔We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- ✔The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date you received the product.
- ✔Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a photo — we'll take it from there.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns in the following cases:
- ✔Damaged product — broken beads, cracked wood, or damaged packaging on arrival.
- ✔Wrong item received — you ordered a mala but received a bracelet, or wrong size/variant.
- ✔Quality issue — product does not match the description or images shown on the website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- ✗Items that have been used or worn (for hygiene and spiritual reasons).
- ✗Customized or personalized items made to your specific requirements.
- ✗Returns requested after the 7-day window has passed.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- ✔Prepaid orders — refund is credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 working days.
- ✔COD orders — refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
- ✔You will receive a confirmation message once your refund has been initiated.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- 1Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and a photo of the issue.
- 2Our team will review and approve your return request within 24 hours.
- 3We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- 4Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
