Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date you received the product.
  • Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a photo — we'll take it from there.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged product — broken beads, cracked wood, or damaged packaging on arrival.
  • Wrong item received — you ordered a mala but received a bracelet, or wrong size/variant.
  • Quality issue — product does not match the description or images shown on the website.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used or worn (for hygiene and spiritual reasons).
  • Customized or personalized items made to your specific requirements.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window has passed.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Prepaid orders — refund is credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 working days.
  • COD orders — refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your refund has been initiated.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and a photo of the issue.
  2. 2Our team will review and approve your return request within 24 hours.
  3. 3We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  4. 4Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
