Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
✔ You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched — no questions asked.
- ✔To cancel, simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- ✔Our team will confirm the cancellation within 2–4 hours.
- ✔Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours — so please cancel as early as possible.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
⚠️ Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- ✔If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
- ✔Once the product is returned to us, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- ✔Alternatively, you can also initiate a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund After Cancellation
- ✔Prepaid orders — full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- ✔COD orders — no charge is collected, so no refund is needed for pre-dispatch cancellations.
- ✔You will receive a confirmation message once your refund has been initiated.
4. DAKSHIS-Initiated Cancellations
- ✔In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints at your pincode.
- ✔We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund within 3–5 working days.
